Recommended restaurants, cuisine and locations.
The simple rule the world over is if the locals eat there then it's good as poor reputations spread locally very quickly. Restaurants will display a full menu outside so you can view prices for a la Carte, however many will offer a multi-choice 3/4 or even 5 course miday (menu del Dia , menu mediodia ) and evening menu ( Menu del Noche ) which can offer great value.

Recommended Restaurants
Suggesting good restaurants is always a risky business, Cooks, restaurant staff and management change and personal tastes differ. We try to check up each year but there is never enough time and too many calories!
WE HAVE NO CONNECTION, financial or personal, with any of these restaurants - they will not even know we recommend them. So if it is here it is on merit alone. Our tastes? Anything with good fresh ingredients and cooked well. Can be simple or extravagant. What we look for is value for money and care taken. Many offer delicious homemade deserts.
Lastly we are not great fans of eating "english style" meals while abroad so cannot make any recommendations for people with those tastes sorry.
