Menorca makes up the 'lack' of shopping malls with a spray of individual fashion boutiques, leather bag / shoe shops , hand made artisan Jewlery with a few Spanish ( Mango,Es More,Stradivarius ) , Italian ( Intimissimi ) high street names.
The focus is individual shops in small towns and clusters of clothing shops in Mahon and Ciutadella so a little bit more effort (we know you'll manage it! ) is required.
Siesta applies in Menorca Cities/Towns so from ~13:00 to ~17:00 shops will be closed. Evenings are the prefered time for shopping, taking in some Tapas and cafe bar life aswell.

Ciutadella Boutiques
If there is only a single visit 'allowed' then try Ciutadella old town - you may only 'window shop' as the prices are for quality clothes and fashion, but it's lovely to wander with cafe stop offs and patisserie / tapa treats.
