What to expect on Menorca - good to knowNO SHOPPING MALLS - OUTLET or RETAIL PARKS
Menorca makes up the 'lack' of shopping malls with more individual fashion boutiques, clothes and shoe shops and hand made artisan Jewlery with a few high street names
The focus is individual shops in small towns and clusters of clothing shops in Mahon and Ciutadella so a little bit more effort (we know you'll manage it! ) is required.
Siesta applies in Menorca Citties/Towns so from 13:00 to 17:00 shops will be closed. Evenings are the prefered time for shopping, taking in some Tapas, cafe life aswell.

Ciutadella Boutiques
If there is only a single visit 'allowed' then try Ciutadella old town - you might only window shop as the prices are for quality, but it's lovely to wander with cafe stop offs.
Mahon Boutiques
Around Mahon, the clothes shops are a little more spread out in the old town along the main pedestrian shoppings streets ( Carrer Nou, Carrer de l'Àngel, Carrer s'Arravaleta and Plaça del PrÃncep ) and not forgetting the side streets of Carrer del Carmen,Carrer del Cami des Castell.

A few ( mostly spanish brands ) have pushed onto the main shopping streets of Mahon and to a much lesser extent Ciutadella - notably : Mango,MANGO MAN,Intimissimi,Stradivarius
