Menorca has a growing and distinctive wine culture. Once a significant wine-producing island, its vineyards declined in the 19th century and were revived from the 1980s onward. Today, producers make wines under the IGP Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca, focusing on quality, sustainability, and Mediterranean character.
