The pristine waters of Menorca are a real holiday memory. They are amazingly clear so even with just a simple snorkel you will see lots, not murky haze. And because the water is in such good condition you'll see lots of fish too. Many, many of the resort beaches have shallow sandy bottoms fringed with rocks, ideal for young snorkellers. Organised trips make a great family day out with a Snorkel Safari or stop off as part of a Boat excursions. There are also marine reserves where organised tours visit.

In pretty neighbouring S'Uestra and Torret there are some excellent high class restaurants. Mahons trotting and karting track are also near by. Local vinyard tours .

TIP Visit the large Euroski SYP Supermarket here at the Poligno ( commercial area) for a good food selection (english / german food items stocked) and keen prices. The Supermarket's (independent ) Cafeteria Bar offers a great Menu del Dia/take away hot food in air conditioned surroundings.

One of Menorca's nicest , softest sandy beach resort beaches. Very Deep. With 5pm waves makes for huge fun. Some excellent snorkelling left and right of the beach. A brilliant day visit beach for people staying in Es Castell or Mahon.

Close by in Punta Prima will be an access point to the coastal path 'Cami de Cavalls ' a rough track path that follows the entire coast. Mountain Bike or Walk it to a Virgin Beach, the next resort or just to enjoy.
