Amapola makes bread with sourdough and long fermentation processes. Their specialty is xeixa bread, made with a native Balearic wheat variety, grown in Menorca, which retains its nutritional properties and has not been genetically modified.
They also offer rustic bread with whole-grain rye, multigrain bread with organic flours, and daily specialty breads with ingredients such as corn, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, or olives.
